In this contemporary society, international connectivity and digital phenomena have become so widespread that it defines far more than we attempt to imagine on a daily basis. What intrigues me are the corners of where fiction and reality meet or cause tension.

Though my work is primarily expressed through digital prints and 3D mediums, I incorporate traditional mediums to create practical and tangible values that argue for further analysis. By using research methods to tackle contemporary issues in the U.S., I want to offer insight on inaccessibility which lack open source accessibility. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, my ambitions are to develop safe and interactive spaces that allow for collaborative outcomes to offer more than just my own perspective. While this is one my focuses, I am interested in enhancing environments where all identities can truly question the relationship of digital landscapes among the physical world.

Working with code and physical spaces I seek to create nature out of technology. The concept of technology especially today can be perceived as chaotic, uncontrollable, and something to fear. While those are factors I enjoy tackling in my work, there is also a responsibility I feel in creating and defining deeper meaning making systems. My explorative approach investigates philosophical paradoxes. As an individual, I find abstraction far more effective in displaying and offering complex emotions. In doing so, I attempt to create systems of communication that can act as nature or redefine our ideas of nature.

All of these themes urgently effect my process, but I also value artistic expression that may stray away from the conceptual. Playing with materials and trying unique designs is crucial to reject the limitations held within artistic atmospheres.
